It designed to be used twice a day, and should be massaged in to any problem areas for 5 minutes. There are no indications given about how quickly people using the gel should expect to see results. You are however recommended to exercise regularly and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day in order to achieve the best results.

It does moisturize your skin and make it feel tighter and firmer temporarily. It is very doubtful though whether the cream contains anything that will make the effects longer lasting. It doesn’t seem to have anything which will drastically reduce the appearance of cellulite and as such you are probably better spending your money elsewhere.
